This medium-bodied wine captures the rich interplay of mocha, ripe berries, and spices on the palate. Through gentle extraction and moderate ageing, the wine’s ruby-garnet hue with a hint of purple is preserved, offering a rounded mouthfeel and a blend of 90% Pinotage, 4% Shiraz, 4% Cinsault, and 2% Grenache. Hand-harvested and expertly fermented, the wine matures in American oak, resulting in a complex and expressive sensory experience.
