Enhanced by the addition of Cinsault for vibrant fruit, Petit Verdot for complexity, and Cabernet Franc for finesse and perfume, this wine blends Old World sophistication with New World boldness. It has a dark purple hue, blackberry, plum, cassis, and pencil shavings aromas, followed by a palate of blackberry, dark chocolate, and licorice. Structured acidity, fine lingering tannins, and an elegant finish complete the experience. Sourced from high-altitude Stellenbosch vineyards and meticulously crafted through hand-harvesting, cold maceration, and 16 months of maturation in French oak, this Cabernet matures for 10-15 years, showcasing the essence of South African terroir and expert winemaking practices.
