Named in honour of Philipus Albertus Myburgh, the first member of the Myburgh family to farm at Joostenberg. Five generations later, his descendants continue to care for this land. This vintage reflects a lean towards an old-world approach to Cabernet Sauvignon.
The nose presents notes of cedarwood, ripe berries and milk chocolate. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied with refined structure and soft tannins.
