This Estate Blend combines four Cabernet blocks with Bordeaux blending varieties, resulting in a rich and polished wine with blackberry and mocha flavours. The wine showcases an exquisite composition of varietals, with 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec. These grapes, meticulously nurtured on the Oude Nektar farm in Jonkershoek, have been carefully harvested with a yield of 6.5 tons per hectare.
