This blended white wine brings together all the white varieties planted on Joostenberg Estate, offering a unique snapshot of the vintage and the property. Named in honour of former Joostenberg matriarch Gillian (nèe Fairhead) Myburgh, whose passion for gardening and devotion to all plants, indigenous and exotic, served as the inspiration behind this expressive wine.
Medium-bodied and layered, the Fairhead 2023 presents notes of honeysuckle, apple crumble, blossoms and lemon meringue. The palate delivers good fruit concentration and a long, dry finish.
