Dare to try something different! We have curated a private and intimate experience where we show you around our micro-distillery, and then lead you through a paired rum tasting in The Barrel Room, where you will sample a lineup of our single estate rums.

Delight in a Sugar Baron rum cocktail of your choice as you enjoy a shared meal amongst friends, family or colleagues after the tasting.

The Tasting Experience is charged per person.

The below price per person includes the tour, paired rum tasting, a rum cocktail of your choice, the meal, as well as a sweet, rum-filled treat to round off the experience!

Seasonal Mediterranean-Inspired Menu

  • Mediterranean Mezze Platter: A variety of traditional dips including hummus, tzatziki, baba ghanoush, served with warm pita bread, olives, and grilled halloumi.
  • Spanish Pollo al Ajillo: Succulent cubes of chicken breast sautéed in garlic, olive oil, lemon and chili, served with rustic bread for dipping.
  • Italian Caprese Salad: Fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes and basil drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic reduction.
  • Greek Spanakopita: Flaky pastry stuffed with spinach, feta, and herbs, served with a light cucumber and dill yogurt dip.
